Just had my first visit due to potential glaucoma. I was treated with great care, respect and consciousness. The prep staff helped me to feel relaxed and all were attentive and focused on getting the best eye photos needed for my visit. Dr. Kuzin was thoughtful, grounded, articulate, patient, caring and thorough. He embodied both expertise and a caring warmth. He had great eye contact when going over my options and providing his recommendation. He took the time needs and made sure my questions were answered. The assistant staff person was fully present, warm and supportive, gave me helpful tips about scheduling, helped me to feel relaxed. I felt safe and cared for the entire visit. Covid safety was a priority in the office and with staff. The receptionist was friendly, detail-oriented, communicative, thorough and set me up immediately with my two follow up visits even though she had not done such scheduling previously. She wanted to make sure I was all set up before leaving from my first visit. I feel I am in the best care at NW Eye Surgeons and this is so important to me, as I need to go back for eye surgery.
