After receiving a bid the final price was twice the original bid amount. Lesson learned is to be present throughout the process. To Clutter Cops credit after a discussion and mis communication on both of our parts we were able to agree to a solution that was acceptable to all. I believe there was no ill intent just a simple case of better communication. I would use them again and recommend them. Question is...would they want us. haha

Absolutely stunning service from start to end. Melanie's estimate met most other responders for the job but for some reason, I had such a good feeling from her - I couldn't choose another. Clutter Cops helped me with sorting my time window. They arrived early - or maybe I was a little late ;) In and done in no time! I was also assured that they would sort through the items and donate what they could. Exactly what I had hoped for. Top notch service, communication and price could not be beat.
