ACC has provided my cats with professional and compassionate care from day one. ACC has also been able to schedule us quickly when we have urgent needs. All their staff members are friendly and great communicators, and my cats are comfortable with their handling. I highly recommend!
Very good thus far. My dog has been having incontinence issues because of her age and I fixed her when she was young. They're very understanding and allowed me to get my pet meds from chewy pharmacy which is extremely convenient for me. They have a payment plan as well but I paid up front but later I added the dental plan on payments.
Recently I had my dog's teeth cleaning done here and they were very good at understanding my nerves about the procedure and they reassured me that she would be okay and they kept me informed on her condition and on what time I could pick her up. Dr. Kivi and his staff are phenomenal. They truly care and always take the time to answer any questions. They respond quickly by call or text and leave detailed messages explaining what’s going on. I bring both of my cats here, and one of them has heart failure. They have been incredibly attentive and compassionate throughout the entire process. Thank you all so much for the amazing care!
