I have been going to Shelly for over 12 years for a color and cut. I even make the trip from Wenatchee because she is THAT good!!! She’s very personable and funny as all get out !!Services: Hairstyling
Shelly is one of the best out there! Not only does she always deliver the color/cut I want, but she is also great with communication. My visits with her are always the best. If you're in the area moses lake area, this should be your go-to gal. You won't be disappointed.
