I’ve not been to other vets in the Moses Lake area. I’ve had other dogs in the past. I’ve been going there for about 20 years. Always pleased. If I have questions, they are certainly answered.
I’ve taken two of my dogs to Pioneer Vet. Most recently, my Shih Tzu had spay surgery, and the staff kept me well informed throughout the entire process and updated me on how she was doing. Other issues came up they informed me prior to completing surgery.They also addressed other health concerns I had for her. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to answer my questions about pets health.
I took my cat here during Covid when they came out to our cars. My cat had an infection. You gave him an antibiotics shot and you wanted to schedule him for a surgery costing over $ 1,000. He was 9 years old and I just can’t see getting into debt for an old cat, so we asked if we can take him home.
We took him home and applied sugar and honey mixture on his wound and bandaged it up real good. We performed this at home everyday and my Cat is doing great and he is still alive to this day. Natural remedies do work, but the antibiotics from pioneer vet clinic also was a great help. Thank you.
