Excellent customer service since the first time I stepped into their office. Very kind people, answered all of the questions I had. I thought the process would be stressful, but not at all. They helped relieve a lot of stress we had about our taxes this year. Ended up paying way less than we thought and we are so thankful to Clayton and everyone at the office. Jenny was very helpful with everything as well! Thank you to the team at JR Newhouse!
