“My husband selected this Vision Services, he was happy with the eye exam and the results. He ordered glasses and so far is very happy with his new glasses. That visit was 6 months ago. He told me that they take my Medical Insurance, which pays for the visit. Because not every Eye Services does in Moses Lake. I made an apt and I'd like Dr. Harrison, seemed to know and I appreciate that I had a choice between getting my eyes dilated or using the alternative. I chose the alternative , due to the fact that my eyes are extremely sensitive to chemicals. I have adrenal fatigue and this condition effects my response to the dilation fluids. That choice in it alone makes my life a heck of alot easier. I appreciated the vast choices of frames and found the eye frame assistant to be somewhat helpful, perhaps she was new. I would suggest that she study the shapes of people's faces and the shapes of the frames and be able to offer some guidance to those of us who care about how our glasses look on our faces. I will say she did have a negative comment that threw me for a bit when explaining the shatter proof option. Something to the effect, " So your glasses won't shatter upon impact in car accident." Yeah, that would not be a good experience, honey, I thought to myself, and perhaps some re-training in how to sell a service to people might be helpful.“
