I had an emergency nail situation before a wedding and they were incredibly helpful! Got me in quick, did a FANTASTIC job and are super kind. I usually leave a nail salon with at least one sore finger but the gentleman who did mine here was so gentle and made sure I was satisfied throughout the whole process. Thank you so so much - I'll definitely be back! :)

I'm a customer & not feeling like they are trying to keep my business. I had an appointment & walked in 5-10 min early. They took someone who walked in. Then when I mentioned it they told me an appointment may be moved if someone else comes in!! After trying to get at that I am seeing sloppy polishing.

I went to Crystal nails on a whim for an overdue pedicure. I was immediately greeted upon arrival x2 and quoted a few minute wait time. The shop had all the necessities of any nail salon and accompanied a clean overall feel. The walls were adorned with many different colors and brands of regular and shellac/gel polish to choose from.

My pedicure consisted of all the basic services without the extras like hot stones, paraffin, sugaring, etc. Trim, file, buff, light cuticle nipping and pumice, and finally finished off with a polish.
