Upon inquiry into her policy, she stated that the policies were updated in January of 2023, to reflect her 15 minutes late and $50 per cancelled appointment fee. Our appointment was booked in December of 2022 and she stated she had the right to hold us to the new policies without notice.

She did a great job with our springer doodle for her first cut. Angie puts so much love and care into what she does and treats your pet like she would her own. We will be back for sure!
