If I could give zero stars I would. We started to work with Carol in March of 2022. We asked her to file an extension we HOPE she did!! Doesn’t return our calls on her business or cell phone. Promised our taxes would be done a month ago. I need to get the documents I left with her so we can go somewhere else. She doesn’t answer phones and I have gone by her BUSINESS twice and it is locked. Definitely would not recommend!!

I've been going to carol for years, she's the only one I trust to do my taxes and make sure I get the most out of my return. Family friendly and the price is super cheap compared to other company's. You'd be a fool to not go through her.
