Dr. Carroll has many years of experience and it showed in his methodical procedures and knowledgeable answers. Dr. Carroll has an easy, calm demeanor and appears to really enjoy his profession. Dr. Carroll is very thorough with his examination and listens carefully. I can honestly say that I’ve never had a better prescription. I learned a lot of information about eye care which I consider invaluable. We are very lucky to have the Medical Vision Center in our area.
