Scheduled well in advance for a follow-up massage appointment. I got a call a week or so later same somebody had double-booked in that appointment was not available. I rescheduled for a later date. Showed up for my appointment and was informed that the massage portion of the business is now closed! The only explanation they would give is that there was some legal issues concerning the lease. And either couldn't or wouldn't tell me where the massage therapist had gone and I call that very unprofessional.

The massage from Donna was ok but I kept noticing she was fidgeting with something, had earbuds on and I felt like she was just doing whatever at that point and wasn't really responding to my questions coherently. Really nice front desk and nice atmosphere.

The Massage Therapy is the worst I I've ever had! At least from several of them. I would not suggest going AT All unless it is Ian or Marie which seems to be there only good ones. The other ones get side tracked talking through the whole session about their personal issues, cranking obnoxious loud music, or distract themselves and stop massaging all together. The massages are inconsistent, non therapeutic, don't feel good, and filled with very odd inexperienced rubbing (one area and not another, zero type of routine or 'know how', waaaay to hard, or extremely too soft like just putting some lotion on and in no particular professional or expert fashion... read full review
