had an issue with a system they installed close too 5 years ago , they came back and resolved the issue and didnt even charge me, amazing company with great people who stand by their work even 5 years later.
My 83 year old mom AC was out, they came diagnosed replaced part and was back up and running that day. I really have to thank you and your team for assume, fast help From the bottom of my heart thank uou. Will alway use Genesis.

After setting up an appointment, the manager shot me an email to confirm. Then (when I couldn't answer my phone) he sent a text message with different options for my job. The workers were on time and respectful.
Open communication continued long after the work was complete.
