My dog, Holly loves Dog Works Ranch and is our go to place to board when I’m traveling. The staff is very friendly, communicative, reliable, and attentive. Holly always gets excited when I drop her off and comes home super tired at the end of her stay. It feels good knowing she’s being well taken care of and she’s also having a great time. Our puppy Leo has been staying with the team here when we’re out of town off and on for several months now and seems to love it- he always comes home tired and he’s very excited when we drop him off.The staff are super communicative and easy to get a hold of, by both phone and email. They’re flexible and able to support the various needs Leo has had over time (meds, food changes, health updates mid-stay)

Two stars for general staff responsiveness, but disappointing experience. We boarded our 10 mo. old pup for 5 nights, and he came back smelling like he'd been allowed to roll in p**** He also had huge mats of fur around his neck like he'd been tied up or had a tight collar on. No updates on how things were going, which at the price point would have been nice - and is something most people who we've boarded with before have sent. Had high expectations given the prior reviews, but wouldn't recommend.
