Deborah and her team are the most responsive group I've ever worked with and it makes all the difference. They always find a way to get the job done before deadlines even when I'm running behind. Most recently, I had some issues with QBO after some sort of software update and after an hour of torture on the phone with QBO support and getting nowhere, I decided to email Deborah and her team. Lois and Ben were able to resolve all 3 of the issues I had despite the fact that after an hour with QBO support, I didn't get resolution of even #1. Office is upstairs, has a large waiting area with plenty of snacks. Mr Farmer was pleasant and worked quickly through our past and current tax situation. Answered my questions and made suggestions for next year. We received the final documents through a share file. We returned our signed paperwork through this sharing method. So nice not to have to go back in. They file electronically and gave us all the info to make our payment to the IRS. I was pleased with our services here.“
