“I had a few martial arts patches placed on a jacket 10-09-2023 the lady who completed securing the patches advised me the jacket would be ready to pick up 10-11-2023 . Today 10-10-2023 I received phone call stating my jacket is ready to pick up today. Very friendly and professional employees who take pride in the work they do. I advise anyone who has dry cleaning work have the work done at King Cleaners. I would give 20 positive stars if that option was available.“

“I subscribe to the wash fold service because my w/d is in such an inconvenient place at my new house. I have gotten a couple of items that aren't mine back in with my clothes, which makes me wonder if I've lost items? But I haven't noticed so that's on me haha Aaron has been really friendly every time I've interacted with him. His wife was also nice when I talked to her. There was a billing error that couldn't be fixed when I first signed up but it all worked out because I was able to use the credit. I do have some Disney dresses from the dress shop I have gotten dry cleaned there, I do think it's expensive at $30 a dress but they've come out nicely. I also haven't shopped around for prices because I'm sure it's expensive everywhere. Overall, as someone who has used their services a lot, no complaints :) oh also I do really like their website/customer portal. I can track my order and they also put your items in your profile, which is a nice touch.“

They were extremely kind and understanding. I was really nervous because I've never used a dry cleaner and these people were so nice and it was really affordable which is extremely appreciated in these times. Not only are all the "dry cleaned" items returned in perfect like-new condition, but their skills at alterations are fantastic. My wife has had them alter/tailor several items, and the results are always amazing. She just took in a 3/4 length coat that was WAY too large. They reduced it to her size and even relocated the pockets to the correct new position, and you absolutely can't tell it didn't come off the rack this way. absolutely amazing work, and the nicest people you will ever meet.
