“After contacting 5 tree services and having only two actually show up to give me estimates I was getting pretty frustrated. Sam’s showed up the day after I contacted them. Gave a reasonable bid so I hired them. After scheduling there was a day delay due to mechanical issues which was clearly communicated to me. (Stuff happens especially to equipment so it didn’t bother me a bit.) Polite, professional crew arrived as rescheduled and clarified what exactly I wanted done to my enormous maple tree happily imbedded in power lines. In under two hours they had my dangerous tree back to a safe happy maple. Young man doing the bulk of the cutting impressed me with his skill and knowledge of how to accomplish cutting a bulk of the tree that was wildly overgrown but yet leaving healthy parts to regrow.
