This studio is more than just an amazing place to practice yoga: it is a place where you are welcomed as part of community the second you walk through the door.Classes are exciting, as demanding and challenging as you yourself want to make them, filled with humor and general cheer!The instructors are knowledgeable, gentle in corrections, enthusiastic and charismatic!It feels like even when we are working hard, we have so much fun, you can’t wait to get back to the studio.

I’m a new student of Yoga. I have never practiced Yoga before. I received a 2 week membership from my son for Mother’s Day and I have tried a few different classes and each one has been wonderful. The instructors are very knowledgeable and so helpful. I hope to renew my membership and continue coming to these wonderful classes. Thank you to all the instructors. Hope you join us. See you there.
