“I've been here 6 times and each time she gets it right!! My brow hairs are thick and grow fast so shape is very important to me; she does an excellent job at your brows to fit your facial features. The salon is clean and easy to find.“

“When walking by (after hours) I saw a sign on the door in big bright white lettering that says “we welcome walk-ins”. I called to make an appointment or ask how realistic it is to be seen as a walk-in, but no one to answer the phone during business hour’s. I stopped by & door was locked. Lady came to the door to see what I wanted & replied to my response with “we don’t do walk-in’s” I never post negative reviews, but this is just bad customer service.

Update 8/12/2024 - through friend who is another customer I had been told that the owner positively responded to my experience. I can already tell this place will be a 5 star experience when the owner personally reaches out. I’m sorry I didn’t see the response sooner! The owner told my mutual friend she would totally take care of me and it was a former employee who had treated me this way. This is such a positive response that I felt the need to change my rating! So excited to get my haircut here in the future!“

She is so sweet, takes her time, is extremely friendly, pays attention to the little details and does a flawless job each time. “Before & After- Yeah the price isn’t a budget cut, it’s a quality cut. If you need to budget go somewhere else. The Master Barber II Kailyn was easy to communicate with and she just ‘got it’. As a Veteran, it was a ++ her background as a military spouse made it easy to communicate since she understood my lingo.

Kailyn helped me navigate through a solid cut and a beard trim. It exceeded my expectations on the beard trim which I’m picky- this says a lot.

I didn’t felt rushed (even tho I was the last client). I found a gem and I plan on continuing seeing her and tipping to motivate her to stay.

I get brazilians and facials with my esthetician. I always walk out glowing and refreshed. I honestly feel so pampered at Cha's spa. She does book up quickly but is super accommodating when she has an opening at the time frames I need her. I love going to her for self care.
