Worst office no care about patient just think about patient like money or chiching sound. Nurses follow up purely I changed my primary dr. Price which worst doctor I have evere seen. Do not go to this location and any everet clinc at all.

All locations. Everett clinic has a major problem keeping doctors. In addition, local clinics keep closing because of it. In the last 4 years my family of 4 has had to switch primary care physicians 8 times. Last straw was today when they informed me that a Dr I made an appt with in January, for May, earliest available, was not accepting new patients and wasn't when they made the appointment either! Next available with someone else was July.

TEC has been my go to for me and my family for the past 15 years. Quality has been pretty good but after the purchase by Optum, care is now secondary to profits. Now when I try to get an appt, I feel they just don't care anymore. The front office scheduling and some of the doctors just don't care, could be that they are tired about covid but if you don't provide a good experience, how do you expect your patients will react? I have to take my health into my own hands.
