Puppy love is great and my dogs (corgi and schnauzer) love them. Unfortunately it just isn’t for us anymore. We have a busy household and it has been difficult to track and manage appointments for us. This is not the groomers fault at all and we wish we could continue going. They do not send out reminders or allow for online booking, which can make it difficult for us. If you are better organized, then this is your place 😊 They will treat your dogs well and give a beautiful groom.
It's now another 10 years later and we still go to Puppy Love. Back when I wrote the first review we only had one dog, a cocker, but now we have multiple spaniels. We have all special needs spaniels (most of whom are seniors) and they are so gentle with them. And, of course, do an excellent job of grooming as well.
Our dog is somewhat reluctant about going to the groomer, but the owner of Puppy Love somehow has a way of putting him at ease. He comes home, happy, clean, soft, shaved, trimmed and smelling oh so clean. We appreciate their attention to detail and understanding of our special needs dog. Highest recommendation for these folks.
