Best Nail Salons In Mill Creek

“OK, so let me start by saying I really like this place. And that is part of the reason that it’s gotten so busy. But because it’s gotten so busy, the quality has gone down significantly so that the nail technicians can meet the demand.

I recently came in for a pedicure, having booked an appointment. The estimate was way off, which is OK, I understand that that can happen. I would suggest to the staff to try to be realistic when quoting times.

I have had so many pedicures at this establishment, but this one was really lacking. It did not justify the price. I came with other people, and we all felt the same way. It really has gone down in Quality.

I gave it four stars because my intention is not to hurt the business, but to raise awareness. If I was rating that particular pedicure, I would give it 2 Stars. But since the experience has been very good over time, I am rating it with 4 Stars.

Note to the Staff… Set realistic expectations with wait times and commit to what you’re doing. In the long run, Quality will be what sets you apart from other nail salons.“

“When walking by (after hours) I saw a sign on the door in big bright white lettering that says “we welcome walk-ins”. I called to make an appointment or ask how realistic it is to be seen as a walk-in, but no one to answer the phone during business hour’s. I stopped by & door was locked. Lady came to the door to see what I wanted & replied to my response with “we don’t do walk-in’s” I never post negative reviews, but this is just bad customer service.

Update 8/12/2024 - through friend who is another customer I had been told that the owner positively responded to my experience. I can already tell this place will be a 5 star experience when the owner personally reaches out. I’m sorry I didn’t see the response sooner! The owner told my mutual friend she would totally take care of me and it was a former employee who had treated me this way. This is such a positive response that I felt the need to change my rating! So excited to get my haircut here in the future!“

“I’ve been getting my nails done here for over a year now. Vanessa is absolutely incredible every single time. She is so sweet, takes her time, is extremely friendly, pays attention to the little details and does a flawless job each time. All the ladies are very nice and the shop just has a really calm and inviting atmosphere. “I enjoy getting my nails done here. I’ve had both nails and pedicures. The salon is run my Vicky and her spouse Joe. Vicky is one of the best manicurist I’ve had. She does an excellent and clean job with my nails.
I wouldn’t have anyone else do my nails. I’ve had a few pedicures done by Kelly who’s kind and gives the best massages. I recommend this place.
