Dr. Arima is a wonderful eye doctor, is efficient and explains things well. His many years of experience is obvious, and he has an endearing personality. My main purpose of reviewing is for the optician, Evan. My family has been going to MCV for many years and now I will only purchase glasses there from Evan. I make appts just so I can be assured he's there. My wife and I have been going here for several years. They carry a really good selection, from common to big name brands which can be a little more expensive, but the value is way worth the price because they actually care.
From the caring optometrist to the person who fits you for glasses, they are exceptional. Especially their employee Evan. A few months ago we bought a few pairs of glasses and after a few months I was hoping for the ones I got to loosen up (I’ve got a very bulbous head). They did not. Thinking I’m stuck with an expensive pair of glasses I’ figured I’d do what I can and deal with the tight fit.
I AM ALWAYS IN GREAT HANDS AT MILL CREEK VISION. I HAVE GREAT CONFIDENCE IN THEIR CARE, IMPRESSED WITH THEIR TECHNOLOGY AND LOVE THE PEOPLE WHO TEND TO MY NEEDS. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND DEMONSTRATE A LOVE FOR THEIR PATIENTS AND THEIR WORKPLACE. MANY OF THEIR EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN THERE FOR YEARS, A TRUE TESTIMONY FOR THIS WELL ESTABLISHED BUSINESS IN MILL CREEK. DR. ARIMA IS THE BEST AND HAS NEVER FAILED TO TEND TO MY CONCERNS AND HAS SHOWN GREAT DESIRE TO PROVIDE ME WITH THE BEST OF CARE.
