I've been going to Hand and Stone for about a year! I was skeptical about trying a chain massage place since my experience had been with individuals and small boutique situations.The front desk staff are kind, helpful and attentive. I do enjoy that they have a variety of massage therapists. Maureen is my favorite and I've been frequently seeing her for the past 6 months. She is kind, listens to what your needs are and also intuitively shifts where she needs to during the massage. I would highly suggest her!!
I’ve had the best experience so far with both facials and massages here! The two estheticians I’ve seen have taken great care to inspect my skin before beginning so that we customize the treatment to my needs, and my massage therapist Alexis has put in some serious work to help relax my tight shoulders and neck. I’m so grateful for how intelligent and thoughtful the staff have been thus far and I happily signed up for a membership.
