I've been here, or taken my kids and husband here a handful of times. The services are inconsistent. Sometimes the cut is fine. Sometimes it is very much not. And they rotate through staff so fast that we've never seen the same stylist twice. You get what you pay for here, and not in a good way.

I made an appointment for a haircut which I admittedly came in late to due to unforeseen circumstances.Either way, the haircut was... not good. It was basically untouched and it was $40 for what was little more than 14 minutes of haircutting. I was not satisfied so I came in a few days later and I was treated rather condescendingly. I was told that my lateness days prior caused the stylist to be late to their duties after work. I understand, but there was no need to be harsh about it, nor be adamant about wanting to redo it. Sira did an excellent job of cutting my long hair to shoulder length, and adjusting the shape of my bangs. I also consulted with her regarding a hair color change. I am older and my needs are unique, yet I was so impressed by her knowledge and her kindness.Services: Bang trim
