“When walking by (after hours) I saw a sign on the door in big bright white lettering that says “we welcome walk-ins”. I called to make an appointment or ask how realistic it is to be seen as a walk-in, but no one to answer the phone during business hour’s. I stopped by & door was locked. Lady came to the door to see what I wanted & replied to my response with “we don’t do walk-in’s” I never post negative reviews, but this is just bad customer service.<br><br>Update 8/12/2024 - through friend who is another customer I had been told that the owner positively responded to my experience. I can already tell this place will be a 5 star experience when the owner personally reaches out. I’m sorry I didn’t see the response sooner! The owner told my mutual friend she would totally take care of me and it was a former employee who had treated me this way. This is such a positive response that I felt the need to change my rating! So excited to get my haircut here in the future!“

“I cannot say enough good things about this place! I grew up with a pixie cut and never have really tried anything else - well - I grew my hair out over a year or so and I just really hated how it looked and felt. When I couldn't stand it anymore (ha!) I called this salon because they popped up on my search. Amy got me right in and is such a pro! I couldn't be happier with my results! She gave me my pixie back, but it's really elevated. She is an artist. I highly recommend! Also, the prices are so good too!“

“My 2 year old daughter got her first salon haircut at this place and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.<br>The ambience is so well set up for young kids! The toys, the chairs and tv playing kids movies are perfect.<br>The best part was our stylist Erin who clearly is a pro with kids! She has mastered it and blends it so that there is never a sign of shelving. My wife also goes to her and is very happy with her cuts and styling.
