The experience was awesome and this is the first vet that makes me feel the doctors care about the patients; They asked my cats all previous medical records a week before my appointment and sent me the estimates of services. During the appointment,Dr Simmons shared lots of feline knowledge and answered my questions patiently. After I got the blood panel test report, she still followed up with my questions. This is what a vet should be.“

“We switched from Urban Animal to Jet City ~2 yrs ago and they have been incredible. We have a senior black lab who sometimes has urgent issues arise that would not be considered urgent for a younger dog; despite staffing challenges etc. hitting the veterinary industry since 2020 they have never taken more than 24 hours to accommodate us for urgent issues. Absolutely fantastic, patient and professional staff. Experienced with pet insurance, tech savvy for invoices/communications (texts, emails, etc.) and above and beyond in terms of accommodating urgent issues. Highly recommend.“
“I have a big German shepherd which many people can be afraid of her. But Fairwood Plaza Animal Clinic treats her like the sweet girl she is! They are kind and gentle and always loving towards her! She has been going since she was 6 weeks old, she will be 3 in May. She hurt her elbow last year but was pretty stoic about it. The vet took his time assessing her and picked up on subtle body language to figure out what was going on. The medical care she gets is top notch!“

“I started taking both of my dogs here when I lived about five minutes away. Since then, I have moved almost 40 minutes away and still make the drive to bring them here. The trust I have in Dr. Androski & her team is precious and I thank them for taking great care of my furry kids. I do feel like the pricing is similar to other vets in the area and I have not had a hard time getting in to see them. As vet staffing is really challenging these days, it is nice to always see the same front office team and know that they must really like it there too! Thanks y'all.“

“One of my french bulldogs fell while trying to jump on the bed and dislocated his patella (knee cap). He had to have surgery and Renton Veterinary hospital was the most affordable. The doctors there were awesome and the surgery went well without any complications. The only issue I had was that Keno had to go back 5 weeks later to get the pins removed and that wasn’t included in the original quoted price. Besides that I was very pleased. One of the receptionist wasnt very friendly when we came in but the doctors were great. The receptionist attitude and the hidden extra cost is why i’m giving 4 stars. I would still recommend.“

“They squeezed us in 45 minutes before closing, examining an ulcerated growth on our dog's leg that he just started licking. They were friendly, professional, and handled our anxious dog with care and love. They gave us what we needed and, considering prices for urgent care visits (always at least $150), they were reasonably priced. They even came in and apologized for the delay because their medicine label printer was acting up! We weren't worried about the wait time, but love that they were on top of it.“

“Everything about this veterinary hospital dedicated to cats is amazing!The location couldn't be cleaner, more organized or more professional. It was super easy to schedule with a week advanced notice. When I had a schedule conflict come up two days in advance they were able to reschedule me for later that day. It was my cat's post adoption checkup. The staff instantly bonded and accommodated my curious cat. My charge was zero because I had adopted her from a local shelter and no one attempted to sell me anything. Instead the DVM took her time carefully considering my cat's weight, behavior and risk profile. The peace of mind I got from bringing the newest addition to my family here was priceless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend every cat owner I know come here. This is truly a special place. I look forward to going to my new baby's regular visits and vaccines here in the future. For the last 30 years, I have raised really large parrots. Shadow is the first cat I ever owned. It was so reassuring to know that I had found the right place and set of resources to take care of my new adoptee.“
