“PA Jones is a professional dermatologist!!! I went in for an annual checkup; my face had many dark spots. PA Jones offered an album full of before and after views of patience whomindergone the Halo Laser. I’m bad abt making quick decisions but my husband said sure go for it. So PA Jones couldn’t make any promises since we were planning to move to TX but offered Wed after my 3pm eye appt. She called and said it was filled but if you can come in today for a 5pm you b\can have it. So 4pm on Tuesday the same day of my annual checkup, I came back for the numbing process; an hour or so later PA Jones explained the process and 2 other options, 1 laughing gas to keep you calm, which I passed and the other exosomes which helps speed up with recovery.The process began and I prayed for support from the lord and the entire process went very smooth but I think my faith helped me through the Hottest part of the halo laser. PA Jones very calmly walked me through this process and I can feel like a young teen tanning at the beach under the hot sun.Madison was the assistant who helped during the process but between PA Jones and Madison they made me feel comfortable and it was such an AWESOME first Experience I never expected!!The rehab part was also very easy for me. I was warned abt the extreme hot feeling on the face and possible itching on the skin, but I was just very lucky. The entire rehab has been very positive; it’ll be 2 weeks since the Halo Laser began and the results and recovery is unbelievable!!! Definitely important to use the Alastin Nectar, sunscreen and vani cream facial cleansing!!!Would I do it again, definitely yes!! So if you have brown spots and wrinkles, this Halo Laser will definitely smooth out your skin. “I had a wonderful experience. Checking in was very easy and they didn’t keep me in the waiting room for very long as many medical offices do. Dr Roshni was wonderful. She talked me through everything and made sure I felt comfortable in a nerve racking time.“

“I am rating this good because my Doctors at this facility are excellent. My doctor asked me to stop and make an appointment for a CT scan at radiology on my way out today. There was no line, it was empty. I asked to make an appointment and the woman LOUDLY refused. I explained my doctor asked me to make the appointment, she LOUDLY complained that she has talked to her Manger and said she doesn't have time to make appointments (again no line, no one there). I'm embarrassed, HPPIA? everyone now knows my business right in the middle of the waiting room. It was not professional. I don't think the patient should not be treated this way. Very very poor front end customer service. I asked her to lower he voice before I walked out.“
