“IOL provided super fast estimate , removal, and stump grinding after my tree died. It was a big "eye sore" in my front yard . They also did some selective pruning on some other trees that were too tall for my landscape company to trim. The crew was super nice/ professional / fast and left absolutely NO mess! “After contacting 5 tree services and having only two actually show up to give me estimates I was getting pretty frustrated. Sam’s showed up the day after I contacted them. Gave a reasonable bid so I hired them. After scheduling there was a day delay due to mechanical issues which was clearly communicated to me. (Stuff happens especially to equipment so it didn’t bother me a bit.) Polite, professional crew arrived as rescheduled and clarified what exactly I wanted done to my enormous maple tree happily imbedded in power lines. In under two hours they had my dangerous tree back to a safe happy maple. Young man doing the bulk of the cutting impressed me with his skill and knowledge of how to accomplish cutting a bulk of the tree that was wildly overgrown but yet leaving healthy parts to regrow. “The trees look wonderful, you all exceeded any expectations we had. Kevin Bulla is very knowledgeable and we so appreciated your recommendations and expertise but we didn’t feel pressured at all. I can’t tell you how much we appreciated working with someone who did everything exactly as they promised.

The crew today was delightful and left the property so clean you can’t even tell anyone was here. We couldn’t even see the cables in the olive tree at first :-) Victor who came to spray the trees was also lovely!

“We hired Double Black Diamond Tree Service to cut down an approximately 80-90 ft. high pine tree which was showing definite signs of very old age in our backyard. Our purpose here is to compliment the Double Black Diamond Team led by Vincent Frey. They arrived exactly when they said they would and immediately began work. They were very well organized and moved quickly, sawing off limbs as they worked their way up the tree. They were polite, courteous, and responsive to any questions we had. Tree limbs were well guided on the way to the ground. All of these limbs were quickly pulverized and loaded on their specialized trailer. As for the tree trunk, it was cut into a large number of sections as the tree climber worked his way down the tree. Cleanup was excellent as it was conducted throughout the process and completed at the very end.We highly recommend Double Black Diamond Tree Service and Vincent Frey to anyone desiring to remove a large tree.“
