“Customer service was amazing. My hair looks great. It is gray, and she was able to trim the edges without taking off any length. I also do not color it and she put some sort of clear coat on it to make it look FAR less frizzy and help have some control. Being a former King County girl with a lot more options, I would highly recommend her!!!“
