Ulta Store in Marysville has probably the best customer service I have ever experienced in a retail chain store. The staff is friendly, helpful, and patient. Excellent service and experience.

Thank you SO MUCH Sherrie (from the Bellingham/Lake Stevens stores) I really lucked out getting your help at the Smokey Pointe store right before my daughters wedding.Sherrie helped me find the perfect Estee Lauder makeup to hide my redness and not have my makeup slide off at all during the wedding. I put it on at 5am and it still looked perfect by the time I was going to bed. Your a miracle worker!!! I really appreciate your help and knowledge! -Teresa

I went in looking for a few things, and I was helped by Dylan. Very sweet and so helpful and didn’t make me feel embarrassed about my hair situation lol. He’s was amazing, and the two cashiers were so sweet and we have such a good genuine conversation. I was very down in the dumps when I first got there but left with a smile on my face. Love this location, I will be back to show the girlies my new set next week!?
