What a great company with Tony as our carpet cleaning professional. He called us that he was 15 minutes out and even arrived early. His stuffing was positive even whistling as he worked. He was pleasant to work with. He taught us so much about keeping carpets in their best condition, having then Coltrane every 1-2 years so that there was not traffic patterns which usually meant carpet wear. Our carpets looked so clean after his work was done though we had to admit that we waited way to long to have our carpets cleaned because there was obvious wear. It had been a very long time in between cleanings of our carpet and it was in really bad shape. With home improvement projects, animals, visitors coming and going... the carpet was really dirty and our couch had been taken over by our large dog and really needed cleaning too. Smith Brothers did a wonderful job on both the carpet and couch and we couldn't be happier. They were professional and quick too and the price was comparable to others that I've used in the past. They got me on the schedule for the date I had requested.
