The employees are genuinely good people who care about ALL animals. They are kind to my bird, my hedgehog, and my dogs. They go out of their way to be helpful. I used to go to the PetCo at Smokey Point because it was more conveniently located, but after several bad experiences at that PetCo I am going out of my way to go to this PetSmart. Ashley S is one of the employees at PetSmart that has done a great job, but there were other great people too.

This is the only pet store I will come to within Marysville and Arlington area! The staff is always so friendly and always greets you. I come here for my son's gecko that needs crickets and for my conure bird that needs her bird seed food and treats as well. When I go to other pet stores it takes around 15 minutes just to get crickets or I just get ignored so I will just leave. Here they take care of everything right away. Thank you so much for taking care of your customers and for being friendly! You guys rock.

Best place to groom your dog, my Pomeranian loves it and gets excited everytime we come in on scheduled appointments. Also they don't charge you an arm and a leg like many other places do. Customer service is 5 star also.
