I've used Parker Bros to replace a gas furnace and AC unit at my rental house in Jan 2023. It was running well until the renters used the AC in May 2023 during the heat wave which made the unit shut off. I contacted Gary, the owner immediately and he sent a service guy out the next day. It worked temporarily but shut down again on a Sunday, Mother's Day when the weather was hot. He sent the tech guy out again that same day. I was so impressed by his responsiveness and willingness to come out even on Mother's Day to make sure my renter's didn't suffer. He really stands by his work and it shows. My son set up the work for me. I am extremely happy with the technicians they sent out. They were very thorough and very informative. Really nice and friendly. Parker Bros installed an A/C unit in our house last week and they did a great job at that. Their quote was quite competitive and reasonably priced. The installation crew was respectful of our house, they took care of all the steps, made sure that the system was working right and answered all questions. As far as scheduling, they took more than 4 months to get the unit installed. I guess I understand the shortage in supplies due to the current global situation but I was hoping they were a little more communicative about this in the starting when I got the quote.
