We originally selected Nordstrom to install our heat pump in 2021 because of their good ratings. Used them ever since for all our heating and ventilation needs. Always found them to be very professional and competent.
I've used Nordstrom for a long time and they have always been reliable. The people who come to service my furnace are friendly, professional and willing to answer any questions I may have while they are here.
Easy to set up an appointment, very good at keeping me updated on what time the technician was arriving. Just had a tune up, but enjoyed my first experience with Nordstrom Heating and Air.
