I had a frustrating experience with a well known sewer company. NW Sewer and Drain came in and fixed the problem with professionalism and experience. From Jill, who runs the office to Spencer and his staff, they are the best. I will recommend them to everyone who requires this service.
NW Sewer & Drain is hands down the one to call for any and all of your sewer line needs. Spencer and his crew are very knowledgable, honest and professional. There is no salesy vibe--- but rather a straightforward & factual approach supported by their camera that shows you the issue(s) at hand. We hired them to troubleshoot a longstanding issue and thanks to Spencer's diligence and expertise, were able to identify the issue in the pipe was leftover aggregate/concrete "slurry" that had been washed down the drain when the new driveway got installed. It left chunks of hard concrete in the pipe and we never would have had this level of detail or effort from your basic "rooter"...read full review
Really great work! Really nice hardworkin people. Very informative, honest, trustworthy and ACCURATE! These are now my "go to" people for sewer & drain. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!
