NW Sewer and Drain did a great job at fixing the collapsed side sewer piping (100 yr. old pipe!) at our church. Spencer was their guy that did the initial camera inspection, correctly identified the problem, promptly submitted a competitive proposal and ultimately managed the work (including the business end of a shovel!). The work included new piping plus slip lining the rest of the old piping. Their equipment was the best; they showed up and finished on time; the team was respectful of the property; delivered everything and more than was expected. I'd highly recommend them!
Spencer was great. We asked him to come and scope/jet our sewage drain. He immediately showed up. Turns out the issue was something else. Spencer helped us resolve the issue and did not charge us for the visit. I will be using them in the future and would highly recommend.
The service from NW Sewer was wonderful! Spencer and his team solved our problem and took care of the work quickly and quietly. We are a busy vet clinic and they were able to work around our schedule so as to not disturb our patients. We appreciated the communication and level of detail. They even set us up for success in the future by not just putting a bandage on the issue but instead they fixed it and gave us steps to monitor and prevent it from repeating.
