The professionalism, expertise, and promptness I experienced when I took my broken MacBook to John was exceptional. He quickly confirmed the problem and let me know how it was affecting my computer, and talked me through what the repair process would look like. He was honest and direct about the cost based on the parts he could source, and he helped me make the decision to call it a loss instead of moving forward with a costly repair. Currently 4 stars, will update if the service ends up worth it. My only issue so far is that they had a huge problem communicating progress, if you quote a date something should be done by i expect an update by that date at the least as its professional to do so, will give it a few days to see how my fixed pc runs

Chris went above and beyond in helping me solve my pc issues with a new GPU I couldn't get to work properly. He provided excellent customer service and I highly recommend him for any repairs or pc services you might need. Thank you so much Chris for the effort!
