Great customer service! I easily made an appointment and was greeted at home by Jay. He had samples and took measurements. I had the carpet of my entire upstairs, including stairs replaced. I thought the price was reasonable, especially for the quality. Jose and Daniel worked quickly, smoothly and efficiently. They tore out the carpet, cleaned up and replaced them without a hitch! They were kind and polite and hard workers. The end result is beautiful! I highly recommend Jay's Flooring.
