Had our whole house carpets & upholstery done a couple months ago & there were some super tough stains from the prev owners. Brian & his crew were very timely, both in response & cleaning, super professional & they did an outstanding job for a very reasonable price!! Will be using again soon! We've moved & had carpets cleaned a lot over the years, & own 2 mastiffs (that are all over our furniture along w/ their drool). Definitive Difference & Brian is top notch. Brian was great! Quick and efficient. Love that the price is reasonable and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. I really needed help with pet stains and Brian did it all. My house smells so fresh and clean.
