Stay away from CrawlPros. This company completed sub optimal work on an attic insulation upgrade. There was little to no communication the day of the work and afterwards when seeking to talk to someone about the work not being done properly (large ugly roof cuts for exhaust jacks, blowing insulation in to non UL rated light stand offs, expandable foam pushing exhaust fan housing into the interior spaces). In addition they damaged my property by backing up their truck and smoking the company truck tires on the driveway and breaking off large branches from a front yard tree. Once the truck stopped, one of the workers jumped out and removed a landscape rock from our yard to choke the truck wheels. After sending pics of the damage it took a Manager-Ron weeks to get back to us. When he did, he minimized the property damage that was done by them. To this day they have not offered to pay for the property damage or return to fix the items that were not done properly in their work. So much for the "Perfect Lifetime Guarantee"

Website says Snohomish County, but unless your near I5 don't bother your out of there service area. I'm east of the 5 by 12 miles and they told me twice they only have one person. Stars are for quick call back and pleasent reception, lack of stars are for vague website that pretends to service an area but really doesn't

Crawl pros provided an estimate for $13,000 after inspecting my crawlspace. They said there was mold and it needed to be remediated. I had my doubts so I had 3 other different companies check out the crawlspace. No one agreed that I had any mold and everyone's estimate was much lower. Crawl pros would have literally gotten me to overpay 10k.
