I'm local, easy-going, and for $10 (and a tip) won't complain about that, but I can see how it would cause issues for others. I'd say they're a 5, but this is a review for all, not a personal blog. :) If you just want a quick, affordable, decent cut, and can deal with coming again if closed on a visit, I would say you can't beat them.“
