Tracy was awesome relieving my stress looking for a Vet to provide a health letter/certificate so I can travel with my dog across the border to Mexico. My previous Vet refused to provide this service !
Dr. Kidd was extremely helpful writing the health letter in minutes and checking my dog. The surprise was the bill where they gave me a senior citizen discount without me asking and a complimentary nail cut, both were a welcome gift and much appreciated.
The office itself was calm and they invoke the new practice to do all they can to keep your pet calm and have a better vet visit overall.
When my vet retired, I went on a search for a veterinary hospital that was a little closer home, reasonably priced, and had a great staff that made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Wilderness does all that. My old man comes to get his Labrella shot every 6 weeks, my little girl had to have her crutiate repaired last year, and even my kitty is calm when she makes her yearly trek out of the house. The doctors are great, the staff is friendly and my fur babies are never traumatized when they go in for a visit. I would recommend and we even go out of my way to bring my babies here.
Dr. Mills has been amazing; patiently answered all our questions about our bearded dragon and helping us. After prescribing the correct meds, our pet started feeling better right after one dose. Thanks Dr. Mills!
