We had a few unexpected repairs that sent me personally over the edge just due to my stress levels, but each time, I sent a text to Amber and she handled all the calls to contractors, arranging a time, and texting me with a 15 min heads up that they were on their way....I did NOTHING....but answer the door and pay. To have those little touch services goes a long way when you just can't handle one more thing. Also, having an extensive list of vendors, contractors, and hired helping hands was amazing. I didn't need to research and have multiple people come out for bids, instead, Amber again made calls, scheduled estimates, and communicated our needs to the vendors. And as in any vendor/contractor situation, we had a few mishaps, however, Amber quickly intervened on our behalf and made sure everything was to our satisfaction! Our goal was to sell in the first weekend, as we have Great Danes and moving them around for showings was a daunting task. Amber knew our goal, strategized and planned with our needs at the forefront of her plan, and we had offers on listing day! Thank you Amber for making this a successful venture!
