The programs at Lifestyle Medicine have transformed my life. I've spent the majority of my life severely overweight, and though I managed to lose a good portion of it by the time I hit my early 30's, I still wasn't moving my body enough. As a result, I had a lot of general soreness and a limited range of motion in my knees, shoulders, and lower back, which led me to seek help with one of Lifestyle Medicine's physical therapists (PT), Morgan, at their Renton location in May of 2023. The receptionist was great meets you with a smile very helpful with filling out the paperwork. Now the Dr. Traci Bartel was really great she fix my problem and its still doing well I recommend if you need a hand Dr go see her.

I went here after knee replacement. Kalen & Denise were awesome, very friendly and professional in what they do. My surgeon on my 6 week follow up appointment said I was ahead of schedule on healing and mobility and felt it was do to my PT.
