I got aggressive sales pitches and borderline harassing calls trying to sell me a monthly service. Also, overpriced quotes. Lavonne gave me none of that. She was super quick (1 hour) to respond to my email with a quote that was very reasonable. She came out the next day and took care of our wasp problem. Plus she’s super friendly and nice.
