I am very grateful to Andy and his team who came out on short notice to repair a leak in my bathroom. Not only did they repair the leaks, they also cleaned up after themselves, which is an art in itself these days. Andy is honest, diligent, thorough, professional and an excellent communicator. He is also reliable and forthcoming. I look forward to working with them again! ?

My first experience with Maple Valley Home Improvement was a phone call with the owner Andy. In a time during peak season when I couldn't get anyone out to even look at my project (aside from some high pressure sales people from Home Advisor) - he was able to get there HIMSELF by next day (while managing personnel at 2 different houses simultaneously) and because he was able to resolve our little "drip" in a matter of 5 or so minutes he would not accept payment and told us it was on the house. We offered to tip him too and he politely insisted that he was just happy to help. Our second experience with MV Home Improvement was during the wind storm a few weeks ago when our fence blew over. This time we spoke to Andy who remembered us by name and sent one of his estimators over same day who we also thought was very knowledgeable and helpful. On the spot he put together several designs and gave us several options to replace. While we elected to go with the lesser priced of the two and re-use most of our old fencing - we were never met with any kind of sleazy sales tactics or attempts to add on different things to bring up cost. We also were pleasantly surprised that while a crew of younger guys were sent to do the actual repairs - Andy (the owner and the same guy mentioned in the beginning of this) came by two separate times and even crawled back under our home to check on his first repair job. Thank you guys. I will use MV Home Improvement in the future for all my help around the house.
