The thermostat is junk, the system installed is loud (remember to ask next time if I ever purchase new); apparently power is irrelevant because it's stopped working because it doesn't have WiFi, but the entire house has WiFi. I'm over it. Now I have me and my 19 year old trying to replace the thermostat ourselves. Lovely. Update: they came back and helped me. Beaux is great!“

“The communication with Green Bear Heating and Air was excellent. The tech couldn't come on the scheduled Friday but they let me know and rescheduled to the following Friday. We called them for our 4 fireplaces maintenance. The tech was polite and did his work quietly and left the areas clean. My issue is the price; they charge $265 per fireplace (before tax). It took the tech 2.5 hours to do his thorough maintenance job for all 4 fireplaces, which ends up at $424 per hour. I think it is way too expensive, especially since all 4 fireplaces are in the same house.“
