We felt they answered all of our questions with honesty and maintained a clear line of communication from the point of the bid all the way through to several days after install. The new system looks fantastic and even got a compliment from the City inspector. We look forward to them maintaining our heat pump and electric air handler every year moving forward.
I needed a new sewer line and most of my sewer was under a stamped concrete patio. Due to the fact that I have two sewer lines connected to my main sewer, they had to make a 3x3 access hole. It took them only about 8 hours over 2 days from start to finish and I have a new sewer line. Redoing the concrete will not be a problem. Very satisfied and would use them again and recommend them highly. Re-piping is defiantly the way to go. And they removed a large bush that had nothing to do with their job. It was a job I was not looking forward to.
Wonderful family atmosphere. Owners are very concerned with well being of the horses as well as always improving the grounds, fencing etc.Great effort in assuring that boarders are respectful of the property, other boarders and their horses. Could not be more please with my experience.

We continue to drive over an hour each to get our teeth cleaned here. No dental office matches the professionalism and care that this office has for its patients. We enjoy coming here.

We just moved to Maple Valley and I was looking for affordable kids hair cut. This place is perfect!! My 7 year old boy's hair cut is exactly what I asked for. The hairstylist asked what I wanted for my son and she did a great job giving him the perfect cut! Very friendly, affordable,clean place and this will be my go to place for my kid's haircut :)
Great service, easy to follow styling, and love the deva cut. Finding someone that cuts curly hair well is difficult. So glad to be close by to a place.

My 6 year old got her hair cut down to a pixie and bleached all over with rainbow hair colors. Dani was amazing not just with the cut and color but with my daughter (and me). This was my daughters first time getting her hair done all over and first time at a salon, I was anxious but it all went so well because Dani was amazing with her and had some great tricks to help her cope. I am one thankful mamma and will be coming back with her and her sister until Dani retires!!

Alright the first photo is what I wanted and the ones after are what I got, and I am super impressed! I’ve been coming here for a while and quite picky about designs, Natalie is so patient and did such an amazing job; the quality is just perfection! My acrylics usually last for almost a month and I am an active person, my job requires me to treat them quite harshly and they stayed on for a REALLY long time (almost a month)
Definitely would recommend! My only complaint is that whenever I come by it gets really crowded and the ladies there seem pretty understaffed. It’s not a fault, I guess I just need better timing lol
Update: if you guys can afford to try out the new builder gel option they have (the new photos with light purple accents). It doesn’t feel as heavy and thick as acrylics usually do for me, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Tip and Toe delivers excellent service. Ive seen V on a regular basis and she is gentle, extremely friendly and adds to the experience as a whole. I’ve also been treated by other gals, who have done awesome jobs. The attention to detail and level of care here is unmatched. Today was a trial run for Grandmas first pedicure in a few years and she was treated with extreme gentleness and kindness, even tho she has “old” feet. She left feeling great. Very attentive she adds, I would tell all friends and family this is the spot.

I live nearby and needed a hair cut so I called and made an appointment. Quick and easy... also got like a 10 minute head/ hair massage which was awesome. The cut was good too, I definitely recommend giving this place a try. I only got a little trim but I would go back for other services too.

Repeated issues. The thermostat is junk, the system installed is loud (remember to ask next time if I ever purchase new); apparently power is irrelevant because it's stopped working because it doesn't have WiFi, but the entire house has WiFi. I'm over it. Now I have me and my 19 year old trying to replace the thermostat ourselves. Lovely. Update: they came back and helped me. Beaux is great!
Luis was absolutely fantastic to work with. Much of my house was drenched with water when one of my pipes burst. Luis was knowledgeable about the insurance process, which was invaluable for saving me time and money. He was transparent and upfront with different options and costs. Work was completed on schedule. And, everything was done with super high quality. Throughout Luis was professional and helpful. I will definitely work with Luis again- and suggest you do too. Lavonne was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I had called around a bit to deal with some wasps nests. I got aggressive sales pitches and borderline harassing calls trying to sell me a monthly service. Also, overpriced quotes. Lavonne gave me none of that. She was super quick (1 hour) to respond to my email with a quote that was very reasonable. She came out the next day and took care of our wasp problem. Plus she’s super friendly and nice. Can’t say that about the others around here. We will be calling Aspire for our future pest needs. Thanks again Lavonne!

By far the best dentist’s office I’ve been to, and the first one I’ve liked enough to take time to leave a review. Dr. Jolley lives up to his name and is cheerful and pleasant to talk to. He’s never tried to upsell me on expensive add-ons I don’t need, even though he offers them if desired for cosmetic reasons, and even told me one in particular wouldn’t be worth it for me when other dentists tried to push it, saving me hundreds of dollars.
You spend the most time with the hygienists though, and they also couldn’t be any better. Always pleasant, very perceptive to when you need a break, and very gentle even while working quickly. I have a history of sensitive gums and after cleanings every 6 months over the last several years I’ve never experienced any pain with them. I’d continue driving to them if I moved out of the area.
Staff is super friendly and helpful. Very caring and helpful for those who are scared of the dentist. Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend

I have been seeing Dr. Partain on and off for years now. I have very bad hip back and neck problems. I came to see him after another Dr. made me hurt so bad I refused to go back. Not once have I ever hurt like that again and he always checks with me every time I come in. Today I can honestly say I tell everyone I have the best Chiropractor. Thank you Dr. Partain with you helping me I run around construction jobs with no pain.
Love this Veterinary Office. The Receptionists are great! Always a smooth experience with setting the appointment as well as after the appointment. The Vet Techs are awesome! They’re super kind and gentle with our bunnies. Dr. LeFevre is wonderful! Words can’t express how grateful we are, for the care she gives our bunnies with every visit. Highly recommend!

My son's dog is very apprehensive and the vets here are very patient with her to help her be calm and trusting.
I have been fully satisfied with the care of my dogs. They have been able to work us into their schedule in a reasonable amount of time. They thoroughly discussed treatment options while being sensitive to budget. For both of my elderly dogs, they handled end of life with tenderness and compassion for the dogs and respect for me.
I've put my dog in for boarding here. I was nervous at first since he can be quite reactive to a number of things and people but I felt better once I handed him off to Adrianna. Good staff and they really know what they are doing. My dog Koda is happy every time I drop him off and pick him up. They also post daily pics of pets during their stay. I find that to be super reassuring and comforting to see whenever I see all of the babies. The staff is friendly and he has bonded with some of them. They even gave him a bandana when i came to pick him up! I will only be bringing my dog here for boarding! They're great!
I have had my cats to a few groomers and I finally found Pampered Pets. They are the best. They do a wonderful job and my cats are totally relaxed when I pick them up. They are the best! I highly recommend them!
