“After having a very bad experience last Summer with a Home Depot Pro contractor who took a deposit and never did the work, I was very sensitive to hiring another contractor this Spring. Because of the money I lost, I had to scale back the work from deck and porch replacement to deck and porch repair/refurbish. This type of work requires good communication with the contractor to identify exactly what needs repair and what doesn't. Dmitriy from Green Line Construction understood exactly what I wanted to do and his communication with me was excellent. “You always want to go with a contractor that you have a good feeling about and Jose was that for us! He was super knowledgeable on opening a wall between our main living spaces. He took the time to explore all his options and explain the work that needed to be done. He even came out a second time to walk us through his quote. Never once did it feel like a sales pitch which wasn't the case with other contractors. During the project he sent pictures and called me to recap the day.
